Reset password

To reset your password you can select the ‘forgot your password?’ link found on our login page

  1. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account
  3. After submitting, you will receive an email with a reset link.

Please allow 10 minutes after you click the forgot password button to receive the reset link. If you did not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders as some email service providers may filter the message, or check and confirm that you had entered the correct email when submitting your forgot password request.

Can’t confirm email address

Please allow up 10 minutes for the confirmation email to be sent to your inbox. If you don’t receive it:

  1. Check your junk or spam folders.
  2. Log in and select ‘resend confirmation email’ on the confirmation prompt.
  3. If the issue persists, possible causes include:

    • Internet firewall settings
    • Email security settings automatically deleting junk emails and/or blocking active links
    • Incorrectly entered email address.

If you require further assistance, please contact ACSQHClearning@safetyandquality.gov.au. We will respond to enquiries after returning 5 January 2026.

Address not found on registration form

Please note that we do not require your exact address for our records, we only require your postcode and suburb details.

If you are unable to find your exact address in the registration form, please select another address that is within your same postcode and suburb. This will suffice for our records.

Organisation not found on registration form

If you can not find your organisation, we recommend selecting the ‘other’ option over this closure period.

If your registration is not urgent then you can contact ACSQHClearning@safetyandquality.gov.au to have your organisation added to the list. We will respond to enquiries after returning 5 January 2026.

Retrying an assessment

Some modules require a minimum score to pass and allow multiple attempts.

To retry your assessment:

  1. Navigate to the start of the assessment by clicking back until you get to the start of the Assessment and then click Next to progress through each question.
  2. Alternatively, you may choose to click on the menu button in the module and then click ‘Assessment’ heading. You can then click Next to progress through each question.
  3. Questions answered incorrectly will display a ‘Try again’ button. Click on this to redo the question.

Please note that some questions have more than one correct response. You may have selected some, but not ALL of the correct responses.

Progress was not saved in my learning module

We strongly recommend the following to ensure that progress is saved reliably in learning modules:

  1. Only open ONE module at a time
  2. When taking a break, please exit using the ‘exit’ button in the module (not the close icon for the window).
  3. Use the Google chrome browser (most compatible with our site).

Additionally, an unstable network may cause loss of progress in modules.

If you have lost progress, please kindly open and complete the module again following these guidelines. If issues persist, please contact ACSQHClearning@safetyandquality.gov.au. We will respond to enquiries after returning 5 January 2026.
