New enrolments and existing participation is now closed

The University of Tasmania (UTAS) took over delivery of the National Prescribing Curriculum (NPC) modules at https://learn.prescribing.edu.au on the 21st of August 2023. If you had commenced an NPC module in the first half of this 2023 your account and progress have been copied over to the new site. If you wish to enrol in an NPC module for the first time this year you will need to register a new account on their website. Other modules not included in the NPC can still be accessed on this website as before.

In this course, you will provide care for Raymond, a patient presenting to the dental clinic complaining of an ongoing dull pain in his jaw.

Target audience: Undergraduate and postgraduate dental students.

Other audiences: Medical, pharmacy, nurse practitioner and other health professional students with an interest in prescribing.

CPD points: It is recommended that 1 CPD hour be recorded for the purposes of self-directed CPD.
